About Agred
I'm an independent legal consultant specialising in commercial contracts and legal operations. After practising in Tirana and completing an LL.M. in International Commercial Law at Cambridge, I worked as Legal Counsel and Legal Operations Lead at a payments and fintech group, reviewing contracts across multiple jurisdictions and leading a CLM rollout.
I founded ION-X so that growing businesses without a legal team never have to sign a contract they don't fully understand.
FAQ
No. I'm an independent legal consultant with an LL.M. from Cambridge, specialising in commercial contracts and legal operations. ION-X is not a law firm and is not regulated by the SRA. Contract review and drafting aren't reserved legal activities, so you don't need a solicitor for this work. Where a matter does need a regulated solicitor, for example litigation, I'll tell you upfront.
All documents are handled confidentially under my terms of engagement, and I'm happy to sign an NDA before you share anything.
NDA reviews are typically returned within 24–48 hours. SaaS, customer, supplier and vendor agreements typically take 2–5 working days. Template drafting and legal operations projects are scheduled when we agree the scope.
Every engagement is quoted as a fixed fee upfront, after a quick look at what you need. No hourly billing, no surprise bills.
A marked-up contract, a plain-English summary of the key risks and suggested changes, and a call to walk through them.
Yes. I regularly complement solicitors and in-house teams, and can recommend a regulated solicitor where one is needed.
